Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern enquiries, trials, classes, fees, online learning, and use of the Al Sadiq Global Quran Academy website.
Effective date: 28 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, request a free trial, enquire about a course, or enrol in online classes. If the student is under 18, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for accepting these terms and managing communications with the Academy.
2. Courses and scheduling
Classes are delivered online and are normally one-to-one. Course allocation, teacher preference, and lesson times depend on student needs and teacher availability. Standard lessons are 30 minutes. One-hour lessons may be requested, with price and availability confirmed before booking.
3. Free trial
A free 30-minute trial may be arranged so the student and Academy can discuss the course, level, and suitable schedule. A trial does not guarantee a particular teacher or permanent time slot until confirmed.
4. Fees and payment
Published standard plans are USD 40 per month for three days each week and USD 60 per month for five days each week. Any alternative lesson length or arrangement will be quoted before payment. UK bank transfer is currently available after the Academy confirms the student’s plan, schedule, exact GBP amount and payment reference. Bank transfers are manually verified and do not renew automatically. PayPal and Stripe checkout options are coming soon.
5. Missed and rescheduled classes
If a student cannot attend, the student or guardian should inform the teacher or management as soon as reasonably possible. A makeup class may be arranged according to the mutual availability of the student and teacher. If the Academy must move a class, it will seek to arrange a suitable replacement time.
6. Cancellation
You may request cancellation by contacting the Academy. Future billing will stop once cancellation is confirmed and processed. Any payment already made is handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Student conduct and online safety
Students must behave respectfully, use the learning platform responsibly, and follow reasonable safeguarding instructions. Parents or guardians remain responsible for a child’s device, internet connection, learning environment, and appropriate supervision.
8. Availability and changes
The Academy may update course content, scheduling processes, teachers, or technology where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an enrolled student will be communicated when possible.
9. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal enquiries and enrolment. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or copy protected content without permission.
