How to decide
Trial first. Payment after confirmation.
New learners use the trial route. Existing trial students use Secure Your Place only after the Academy confirms the plan, schedule, amount and payment reference.
Is the free trial 30 minutes?
Yes. It is used to discuss the learner’s level, goals and suitable schedule.
Are fees monthly?
Yes. The displayed USD 40 and USD 60 plans are monthly.
Can a missed class be replaced?
Inform the teacher or management as early as possible. A makeup class may be arranged according to mutual availability.
Can we request a male or female teacher?
Yes. Matching depends on the course, schedule and current availability.
What is the refund position?
A full refund may be requested within the first seven calendar days after the first monthly payment. Review the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How do payments work?
UK bank transfer is currently available after confirmation. Transfers are manually verified and do not renew automatically. PayPal and Stripe checkout remain coming soon.
