Practical expectations that help children, parents, teachers, and the Academy maintain a respectful and secure online learning environment.

Our approach
Al Sadiq Global Quran Academy is committed to respectful, age-appropriate online learning. Safeguarding works best when the Academy, teachers, parents, and guardians share clear responsibilities.
Parent and guardian responsibility
- A parent or legal guardian should submit enquiries and manage enrolment for students under 18.
- Parents should know the student’s timetable, teacher, and learning platform.
- Children should join classes from an appropriate shared or supervised environment where practical.
- Parents remain responsible for the child’s device, internet access, and home environment.
Communication
Administrative communication about a child should normally take place through the parent or guardian’s approved contact details. Teachers and students should use agreed Academy channels for class-related communication.
Online conduct
- Students and teachers must communicate respectfully.
- Private information, passwords, payment details, and identity documents must not be shared during lessons or through the enquiry form.
- Lessons must not be recorded, photographed, or shared without appropriate permission.
- Any inappropriate communication or behaviour should be reported promptly.
Raising a concern
If a parent, guardian, student, or teacher has a safeguarding concern, contact info@alsadiqglobalquranacademy.co.uk. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or safeguarding authority in the person’s location.
Teacher information
Teacher profiles will only be published after names, qualifications, and profile details are verified and approved by the Academy.
